DESCRIPTION:\nHeart of BS13 Flower Farm is excited to launch their new 6-week Intro to Floristry and Flower Farming course.\n\n\n\nThis free course is for adults who have experienced unemployment or want to learn new skills in flower farming and floristry.\n\n\n\nThe course is led by head florist, Clem, at the flower farm which is based here at Hartcliffe City Farm.\n\n\n\nOver 6 weeks, you will:\n\n\n\n\ndiscover more about the British and global flower industry\n\n\n\nlearn hands-on flower growing and crop management\n\n\n\npractice nature-friendly flower farming\n\n\n\nlearn how to cut and condition flowers for market\n\n\n\nexplore floristry techniques & pricing\n\n\n\n\nThe course starts on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 from 10am – 2pm and runs every Tuesday for 6 weeks, finishing on 7th July.\n\n\n\nFor more information, including eligibility criteria, please go to Heart of BS13’s website.\n
