Intro to Floristry and Flower Farming
Heart of BS13 Flower Farm is excited to launch their new 6-week Intro to Floristry and Flower Farming course.
This free course is for adults who have experienced unemployment or want to learn new skills in flower farming and floristry.
The course is led by head florist, Clem, at the flower farm which is based here at Hartcliffe City Farm.
Over 6 weeks, you will:
- discover more about the British and global flower industry
- learn hands-on flower growing and crop management
- practice nature-friendly flower farming
- learn how to cut and condition flowers for market
- explore floristry techniques & pricing
The course starts on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 from 10am – 2pm and runs every Tuesday for 6 weeks, finishing on 7th July.
